By accessing or using LaunchSocial (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You must be 13 years of age or older to use this Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. LaunchSocial cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Access to the LaunchSocial API is subject to the rate limits and usage policies described in our documentation.

API keys are tied to your account and must not be shared publicly or used in client-side code without appropriate security measures.

We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms or for abuse of our systems.

You agree not to use the API to reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service.

You may not use the Service to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not use automated tools to create accounts, post content, or interact with the Service in ways that violate platform-specific terms (TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of LaunchSocial complies with the terms of any third-party platforms you connect.

Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any actions that violate the acceptable use policies of connected platforms are strictly prohibited.

We store the data necessary to provide the Service, including your posts, account information, and connected social account tokens.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the settings page or by emailing shane@launchsocial.io.

LaunchSocial integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok and X (Twitter). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that affect the functionality of the Service.

OAuth tokens for connected accounts are stored securely and used only to post content on your behalf as directed by you.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LaunchSocial and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you post through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

LaunchSocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
